An agency representative will be able to assist you by answering any questions you may have. Leave A Legacy Help children and adults with learning disabilities for generations to come! You can designate LDACNY in your will and support LDACNY in a long term manner. LDACNY along with seventy other organizations in Central New York are members of this program. “Leave a Legacy” is a national effort to inspire people from all walks of life and all income levels to think beyond their lifespan when doing good works. “Leave a Legacy” is a community campaign to inspire people like you to make charitable bequests. Bequests are a type of “planned gift” that will be distributed sometime in the future to a specific charity. The program is conducted by professionals who also assist donors with charitable estate planning. These partners help promote the message that everyone has the ability to “make a difference in the lives that follow” by leaving a charitable legacy. LDACNY needs financial assistance from people in order to continue our work. By making bequests and other “planned gifts,” people can continue to help LDACNY to make an important difference in their communities into the future.
